Returns & Exchange Policy

Eligible products can be returned and exchanged once only, within 5 days of delivery.
The products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with video evidence.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, redeemable on future purchases.
Store credit and gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
Customers are required to ship the products back to us at their own expense.
Exchanged products will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
Final-sale products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, subject to applicable law.
